A 4oz kraft paper portion cup, 74mm across and 48mm deep, with a rolled rim and a food-grade board wall. It does one job: move a small wet portion to the customer without a plastic ramekin.
One size, deliberately
This range carries a single 4oz size. That is not an incomplete range — it is the size that covers sauce, dip, dressing, slaw, olives, a tasting spoonful of dessert, or a sample portion at a counter. Below 4oz the cup becomes fiddly to fill; above it, you are into a bowl. If your menu needs a second size, a smaller paper bowl is usually the better answer than a second cup.
Paper instead of a plastic ramekin

The cup is pressed from food-grade board with a rolled rim, so it holds its shape when a customer squeezes it to get the last of the sauce. The wall is coated to resist moisture for a normal service window — enough for ketchup, mayonnaise or dressing, not intended to hold liquid overnight. Swapping a plastic ramekin for a paper cup also removes one hard-to-recycle item from the tray, which matters if you are working toward a single-material service.
Where they earn their place

Coffee counters and bakeries use them for a side of jam or a spoon of cream; coffee shops run them for sauces and toppings; caterers use them for condiments at a buffet or a tasting station. They also work for samples at a trade show or an in-store demo, where a small, presentable portion matters more than volume.
Filling and stacking in service
The cups nest for storage, which means a sleeve sits flat on a shelf and staff pull one at a time. Because the rim is rolled rather than cut, the cup does not split when a portion is ladled in quickly. If you pre-fill and stack, check that the base of one cup does not press into the contents of the one below — for wet sauces, a flat tray beats a stack.
Lids and printing
Paper, PP, PET and PLA lids are available for this size. Printing is available on the outside face, single or multi-colour, and cartons can be marked to your specification. Tell us the lid type when you inquire so the cup and lid are quoted as one matched pair rather than sourced separately.
