Moulded fibre bowls nest, so 500 empty 32oz bowls occupy one carton of 48.5×22×43.7cm on the shelf. Buying in the largest carton your storage allows is usually the right call for a truck, because the alternative is restocking mid-week from a cramped space.
Holding steady on a moving counter
The failure mode on a truck is not the wall, it is the base. A bowl with a flat, rigid base sits still while the truck idles; a lighter bowl rocks and spills. The heavier walls in the range — 21g at 24oz, 25g at 32oz, 28g at 40oz — are the ones that behave on a counter.
One waste stream
Bowls, plates and clamshells in this range are all sugarcane fibre, so front-of-house can run a single bin instead of separating plastic lids from paper bodies. On a truck, that is one less thing to manage at close.
Menu-driven size mix
Most trucks need two sizes, not five: a 12oz or 16oz for sides and small portions, and a 24oz or 32oz for the main. The full range covers 8oz to 40oz if the menu changes seasonally.
